The Fig, our multi-cuisine restaurant, is open to all of our vegetarian visitors. We have a distinct area and lane set aside in the kitchen for the production of vegetarian meals out of respect for our vegetarian customers. We utilise separate utensils for vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods, and the design prevents cross-contamination.
